About Gwithian
This is a great beach and like the rest of theses beaches (Sandy Acres, Bluff) can get very busy, kiting is off limits between 10am and 6pm 11th July to 7th September..

Launching & Landing
At low tide there is loads of room, but the tide come run up to the shingles so launching and landing can be difficult at high tide.

At low you will see at least 2 rock formations that i completely covered as the tide rolls in
